Always Astute in a Suit

Sun, sun, sun, hope it comes

We’re in the middle of ‘spring’ and with that comes wildly vacillating temperatures and precipitation.

One of the best ways to make sure you always look astute – sun or storm – is a black suit. As I’ve said before, black is always confident and classic… no matter the weather.

This isn’t actually a matching suit – the dress is the same foundational black sheath dress from my last post, and the blazer is a good looking classic from another designer that pairs well.

The scarf was a treat to myself before a long work conference where I needed a way to dress up a full week’s worth of all black outfits – I wore it several different ways that week – it always does a great job adding dimension to fairly stoic looks.

Come whatever, no matter the weather, you will always be astute wearing a black suit.

“Sun, sun, sun, here it comes!”

All my best,
